The new office building of Óvár Építőipari Kft. perfectly reflects the company’s professional standards and precision, which it also represents in its own projects. The entire concept and construction of the building was designed by the Óvár team, while Normaform Kreatív Kft. was responsible for the interior design solutions. The spaces combine functionality and modern aesthetics, resulting in a harmonious and inspiring working environment.

Nóra Árvay-Szőke, managing director of Normaform Kreatív Kft., spoke about the interior design details of the project:

“Óvár Kft. designed and built the building itself, and we were closely involved in the interior design, working closely with the project’s design engineers. The office building is fundamentally modern and clean-lined, but we wanted to add a touch of playfulness and color to the workspaces – this is what makes a workplace truly livable and inspiring.”

Coninvest supplied the office building’s seating furniture for the project, including one of Pedrali’s distinctive benches.

“We were already familiar with Coninvest from previous projects, we knew that their quality was reliable, and that we would always find furniture in their range that would fit perfectly into the given interior. We selected the specific pieces together during the design process, taking into account the atmosphere and color scheme of the office. The Pedrali bench fit perfectly into the interior concept and offered a modern yet timeless solution for the communal space,” added Nóra.

What makes this project special is that the office building is not only an efficient working environment but also a communal space – the colors, materials, and shapes consciously support employee well-being and creative collaboration.
