A compact yet versatile kitchen
It was important for the hotel to have a compact kitchen that would meet all their needs in the available space. “We wanted a compact, easy-to-use kitchen that would fit into a smaller space and perfectly meet our operational needs. The collaboration went perfectly, and everything went according to plan throughout the project.”
The breakfast experience plays a prominent role in the culinary concept of the Viale Boutique Hotel, which is a unique attraction for guests. “The hotel does not have a classic restaurant, but we have a very strong breakfast concept. One of the key USPs of the Viale Boutique Hotel is breakfast, which embodies the ‘from farm to Viale’ concept. We use ingredients from local producers to create a brunch experience that is not only valuable in terms of sustainability, but also offers guests authentic, distinctive flavors.”
As the hotel is a boutique-style, independent premium accommodation, the kitchen technology had to be designed to fit in with the unique breakfast concept. “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for our guests. With our ‘lazy lunch’ concept, every morning starts with an unforgettable experience.”
