The Cardoner Hotel and Conference Center is located in a beautiful location, 25 km from Budapest, in the heart of the Visegrád Mountains. The renovation works of the building started in 2021. The hotel’s new kitchen was built by the Coninvest team based on the plans of kitchen technologist András Gauland.
On the side walls we find the work surfaces, the AngeloPo combi-steamer and the Rational multifunctional tilting pan. These devices help to ensure the productivity of the kitchen and the preparation of consistently high-quality food, even in very limited space or with few workers.
The heads of the dust extinguishing system can be seen in the ventillation hood, which must always be implemented and approved for power above 50 kW. A cold storage system mounted on professional external aggregators and preparers complete the production unit.
