An industrial kitchen in luxury homes and villas is one of the latest trends. Coninvest’s experts are also receiving more and more inquiries about this. Most of the time, we receive requests for a kitchen island and the appropriate air conditioning in these private villas, but in one of our recent projects, the owner had an additional request: to build stainless steel furniture around the cooking block.
The location is a 5-storey modern villa in Buda; the lower three floors are the living spaces for the three generations of the family, while the upper two floors are the communal spaces. As we say, the kitchen is the heart of the home. This is no different in this villa, where the spacious penthouse-style kitchen and adjoining dining room, bar and living room are where family members gather to talk and socialise with each other and close friends.
