This fall, HOST Milano, one of the largest international forums for professional hospitality, opened its doors once again. We were there among exhibitors and visitors from all over the world—not just as interested parties, but as committed advocates and representatives of quality.
It is particularly important to us that our partners and suppliers represent the same precision, professional standards and innovation that we represent every day. That’s why it was a great pleasure to see that, amid all the noise and crowds, true value, quality equipment and well-thought-out technology still stand out.
MKN – perfection in the details
At the MKN stand, we were once again reminded of why they are considered to be in the highest category. Their block-type cooking appliances now feature a digital display positioned at a 45-degree angle, which is not only ergonomic but also visually appealing. The appliances can even be controlled with a core temperature sensor, and thanks to their perfect fit, they are hygienic, easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing. Harmony between functionality and form – exactly the approach we represent.

Meiko – innovation and sustainability go hand in hand
The Meiko stand was a small universe unto itself. Behind the digital “screen,” it was already clear that something new was coming: the M-iClean continuous dishwashing system. In addition, we could see the automatic tray sorting system in operation, where the machine itself signals if a guest puts something in the wrong place – the dishwashing process thus takes place with almost no human intervention.
The other side of the stand reflected the vision of the future: a smoothie corner, where food waste and plastic cups were recycled and washed efficiently.
Vianen – glass and elegance
In Vianen’s presentation, we learned about the new Steway technology and saw that glass extractor hood fronts are becoming increasingly popular in the world of show kitchens, offering not only functionality but also an aesthetic experience.
Rational – a new level of speed and precision
At the iHexagon presentation, we experienced what it means when a combi steamer also works with microwaves. The processes are faster and the results are perfect. We are eagerly awaiting the availability of this technology in Hungary, as it is sure to revolutionize the work of many domestic kitchens.
Angelopo – flexible solutions
The new drawer system for refrigerated work tables can be converted to a door design in minutes – combining practicality and flexibility. In addition, the new Tasto combi steamer was presented, replacing the well-known BX series: compact, intuitive, and energy-efficient.
Moretti and Morello Forni – the pizza masters
The huge Moretti Forni stand was a real pizza celebration: their three-belt automatic pizza baking system operates at over 4 meters – quickly, precisely, and without operating personnel.

At the Morello Forni stand, the well-known mosaic-tiled, domed ovens were spinning – delivering the highest level of performance as well as visual appeal.

Josper – where aromas tell stories
Grilled delicacies were continuously prepared at the Josper stand, accompanied by roasted, smoky aromas and mouthwatering smells. The presentation for VIP guests was both a culinary experience and a source of technological inspiration.

Lavezzini, Nilma, Multiwasher – efficiency and intelligence
The new vacuum machines from Lavezzini now feature handle-free controls and a clean, modern design.

We were impressed by Nilma’s monumental automatic pasta strainer in operation, while the Multiwasher can wash up to 36 GN containers at once thanks to its special rack system.
Pedrali – Italian-style design
Among furniture suppliers, Pedrali once again proved why it is considered a design icon. A regular participant at HOST for forty years, this year it came up with a stand decorated in warm, autumnal colors and presented its new outdoor table made entirely of aluminum – elegant, timeless, and durable, just like its other products.

The HOST exhibition in Milan has once again confirmed that we are on the right track.
Coninvest’s mission has always been to provide the hospitality industry with only the highest quality technologies – from partners who believe in creating value rather than mass production.
These days in Milan have shown us once again that the future of our profession lies in precision, detail, and passion.
