The kitchen of Avalon Ristorante was completely renovated by Coninvest’s experts. After the restaurant’s old kitchen was demolished, a completely new room allocation and mechanical building reconstruction took place, in addition, the complete kitchen technology and the bar were also renewed. We delivered a number of kitchen technology equipment to the restaurant, including AngeloPo’s Monolithe cooking island, Iglu refrigerated work tables, Rational combi steamers and iVario multifunctional cooking equipment, Vianen ventillation hoods, and Meiko and Granuldisk dishwashers.
