Ristorante Azzari’s new pizza oven came straight from Naples.
It is always a special pleasure for us to choose Coninvest from a country restaurant.
We would also like to contribute to the development of rural hospitality, so we started to design the kitchen of the Azzari restaurant in Dunaújváros with great enthusiasm.
It was a serious challenge that due to the space, the kitchen and the pizza oven could only be designed at two ends of the room, far apart, and the kitchen area was very small.
However, thanks to the excellent design, everything is in the best possible place, everything is in your hands as you hurry and spin in the kitchen: the spice rack, the drawers, the utensils, the serving, the serving.
The biggest pride of the kitchen is the Morello Forni oven, which is almost unique in Hungary and which Coninvest brought directly from Naples to the customers.
Most importantly, the restaurant can serve both á la carte and lunch the number of servings the owners wanted.
